The Le’Flamingo of the ROKO Cancer was launched at the Select City Walk Mall on 8 March 2014.
Roko’s unique and humble initiative, Le’ Flamingo, a Club for the Cancer Winners, is a platform for all those whose life has been touched by cancer to interact with each other and have a good time as a family.
This club is formed to provide support & guidance for the newly diagnosed & for the survivors walking down the road to recovery.
Spread a word about this club to all your near and dear ones and make a difference to someone who has battled cancer !!

Le’ Flamingo’s first meeting
Roko Cancer Charitable Trust after the successful launch of its unique & humble initiative, Le’ Flamingo, a Club for the Cancer Survivor’s with Shahnaz Husain as the Chief Guest, organized its first Club meeting on 11th April, 2014, at The Select City Walk Mall, Saket.
The meeting began with an extremely relevant, comprehensive yet crisp talk on the “Importance of Physiotherapy” leading to a Question-Answer session taken up by Dr. Natasha Khanna, HOD Physiotherapy, Saket City Hospital. Post the awareness talk, a musical show was put up by Ibadat Band. The band members serenaded the survivors and played many tracks on their request. The meeting was followed by a tete-tete over a cup of coffee.
We had a total of 14 members present with us at the club meeting, out of which 3 were new entries. The 3 new members, who were present among us to add value to our club, comprised of, an Educationalist, a Home Manager and an IT Engineer.
